Borderline / mild LV concentric hypertrophy and borderline / mild left atrial enlargement / dilation. These changes could be attributable to hyperthyroidism, if confirmed.

Comments: there is very mild subjective biatrial dilation. otherwise cardiac chambers, valves and outflow tracts appear normal and systolic function is good. heart rate is approximately 180bpm, sinus rhythm
