Eubank Burnette

PATIENT: Eubank Burnette

HISTORY: pyrexia, weight loss, not himself

Abdominal U/S

SUMMARY:

There is supportive evidence for the presence of intestinal disease here, however the significance of this in relation to the symptoms is uncertain.  A B12 / folate measurement is advisable to assess for the presence of malabsorption, which may explain the weight loss, and endoscopic biopsy would be feasible here if the results are suggestive of this.
