Significant intestinal thickening affecting predominantly submucosal layer – full thickness biopsies recommended.  The mildly abnormal common bile duct may reflect recurrent cholestasis associated with the intestinal disease.

BILIARY TRACT: Normal cbd 2.4mm, mildly dilated, wall slightly thickened

SPLEEN: Normal

LEFT KIDNEY: Normal

RIGHT KIDNEY: Normal

LEFT ADRENAL: Normal

RIGHT ADRENAL: Not visualised

URINARY BLADDER: Normal

ILIOSACRAL LYMPH NODES: Normal

VISCERAL LYMPH NODES: Normal

STOMACH: Normal

SMALL INTESTINES: Abnormal: significant increase in thickness up to 0.42cm, predominantly submucosal layer, with also a striation in the mucosal layer.

LARGE INTESTINES: Normal

PANCREAS: Normal mild diffuse hypoechogenicity
