Solitary 0.5cm diameter mobile urolith in bladder lumen with apical wall changes consistent with chronic cystitis.  As benign apical bladder lesions can undergo malignant transformation, repeat ultrasound 6-8 weeks after urolith removal is recommended to ensure changes have resolved, not progressed.
